Return Policy
- Items for return must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. A purchase proof is required.
- Contact us via liuhuoshop.com with your order number to apply for a return. Unauthorized returned packages will be rejected.
- Our company address cannot be used for returns; the official return address will be sent by customer service via email after approval.
- Unreasonable returns & exchanges are not accepted. Damaged goods can qualify for full or partial refund within 7 days upon receipt.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We will inspect goods after receiving returns. Once approved, refunds usually take 2–3 business days to show in your account.
