Returns Policy

How to return?

  • We do not accept unreasonable returns and exchanges.Damaged products can be refunded or prorated within 7 days after the date of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at liuhuoshop.com.You need to provide LIUHUO customer service with your order number and your purchase voucher. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Then you will be informed of the return address and required to ship the item(s).(The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)
  • You need to ship the item(s) back and notify our customer service team to initiate the refund or replacement. A shipping fee will apply for return on your own cost.
  • After the user returns the item(s) we will inspect it, and you will be notified if your refund request was approved. it will take up to 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
